Hi Carrera Car Wash, It’s not often people take the time to say THANK YOU, so I just wanted to send you this note. I come to Carrera each weekend with either my Range Rover Evoque or my Mini Cooper JCW or sometimes both; one Saturday and the other on Sunday. It’s always a pleasure to get my cars cleaned with you; always a fantastic job done and your staff are absolutely friendly, helpful and courteous. Special thanks to: Amar – he is very efficient at booking and very smart as he knows exactly what service I need each time I come; before I even ask! That’s perfect customer service for you! George – he makes a great coffee and makes my Mum (who I bring with me each time for an outing) feel very at home and comfortable in the café. Thanks Amar and George. See you soon.
